My head has a swirling mass of information waiting to explode and share with the world coming off of an intense day of class/workshop with the one and only Esther Hicks and the collective of beings known as Abraham. This is not my first or my last workshop and I am always blown away by how simple the teachings are yet extremely profound. I highly recommend anyone wanting to expand their lives, create and manifest your desires to attend one of these seminars; you will never be the same. We were in a room full of newbies wanting to know all the wisdom of Abraham so much of the information was basic which was perfect for me as I had not spent any time with Abraham in about a year and I needed a refresher. This class helped me realign and re-focus on my vibe. Unlike attending a Mediumship event where the energy is often grief filled and heavy this energy is super high, light, airy and electric. Imagine being in a room filled with 500-1,000 positive and energetic people full of light; every time I have this incredible opportunity I am sending a rocket of desire out to the Universe for my entire world to be filled with these people – people that are filled with love, kindness, creativity, delicious desires to manifest a fabulous life; Happiness- wall to wall.
Sun moves into Scorpio today! What a great day to begin a new chapter in our lives as the Sun is at 0°- the beginning, the nothingness- the clean slate. Scorpio’s energy is often referred to as dark and secret and scary or spooky, but it is really the energy designed for just YOU, the beginning point of your Soul, the space that you take for yourself, the place where you get to set or reset your boundaries of protection and declare your desires, needs and wants. This could be why people revere Scorpios as closed off or secretive – it is not any of that, that is only our perception- it is merely that Scorpio is the founder of boundaries and they set their boundaries up around themselves, they know what they want and they go for it and they do not have to shout it out to the world for they know that by doing that resistance will come from those that do not have their best interest and they know they themselves have their best interests. Let us all be Scorpios for the next 30 days, cleanse, create and expand your life like you have never before.
In this week’s video I speak of creating the life that you want and nurturing yourself like the beautiful Larimar stone. Like to sign of Scorpio, which is a water element, the Larimar stone is from the water. Take this time to cleanse yourself of old negative emotions and expand on more positive emotion. You can do this by immersing yourself in water (hot salt bath-my favorite), swimming, drinking a lot of water or crying; one of the best ways to release “hot” energy. Crying can be so cathartic and cleansing; one of the best ways to unload a heap of baggage that needs to go! Living with grief and anger is toxic, it creates cancer, obesity, diabetes, pneumonia, COPD- the list of dis-ease is endless, so cry away, cry for days if you need to and then let it go. “When Larimar appears as your ally (as in this case) it is calling you to reconnect to the energies of the nurturing female aspect (yes,for men too) of yourself and the Universe. Now is not the time for strong movement, but for retreat into the gentle flow of nature. Larimar is calling you to cool and soothe your energy”.- Naisha Ahsian.
You Were Born to Create-#50 –Card 50 indicates Change and Thoughts (5) and Protective Boundaries (0 and Scorpio)- you see the theme and how it just keeps flowing in the message and in the cards? There is no coincidence how this always happens each week. “You were blessed with the ability to create with thought, intention, action and emotion. Be conscious of your power and aware of what your actions and reactions create within and around you. Cherish this gift and use it in both a wise and productive manner. This card is the perfect segue to bullet point some of the wonderful information I re-learned yesterday. Hopefully you will take some of this to heart and it will provoke questions within you and pivot you in a better direction to manifest the life that you want. I have often said that your thoughts and words vibrate out to the Universe and that is what boomerangs back to you, this message is the basic teachings of Abraham. They want everyone to know that you get what you give – the energy and vibe that you are putting out is what is coming back to you. Now I knew that long before ever hearing or seeing Abraham, but it is always fantastic to be reminded of this so that our focus can purposely create the desired life of our dreams; the possibilities are endless and limitless and are only held back by your imagination and the frequency that you are putting out. Here are some nuggets:
- Everything you desire is already here- it is already manifested on this Earth just waiting for you to align your vibration to it.
- Just because you want it does not mean you are aligned to it.
- The Law of Attraction causes what you are emitting to come back to you.
- Know your output – what Vibe are you sending out? It is all tied to your Emotions!
- You are the common denominator of what you attract in your life! Yes You! If you are not happy with the situations that keep showing up in your life, you only have your own vibe to blame- so change it.
- Television, News and Politics are poisoning your vibe.
- The word “BUT” kills your vibration. If you are knowing what you want, however, you throw the word “But” in the wanting – such as “I want this, but” you are killing that rocket of desire before you have even launched it.
- Any excuse for not having what you want kills your vibe.
- Doubt kills your vibe to manifest your desires.
- Focusing on or looking at the absence of what you want kills your vibe.
- Only focus on what you want and Why you want it. Stay really general of the whys.
- Focus on how you feel. Your emotions control what shows up.
- Set your intention or desire then forget about it – focus on feeling good about anything other than your desire for a week or two – a month or three.
- Focus only on your mood and attitude of all subjects; practice on changing your mood and attitude.
- Know the vibe you are emitting – become hyper aware of your vibe.
- When you align to who you really are your desires will show up with such swiftness and will be perfect.
- Clean up your own vibe for 3 months and see how your life changes; watch what happens!
- Emotions are your guidance system to where you are vibrating.
- Stop relying on other people’s words, emotions and guidance for your OWN emotions- follow your own Inner Being and how you feel about everything and allow your own Inner Being to guide you in the right direction.
- Negative emotion is just a difference between the physical YOU and your Inner Being; your Inner Being will never join you in a lower vibration.
- Alignment feels good, Resistance does not.
- Your Inner Being never looks back.
