August 2017 is all I can think about right now, even though we are officially still in July and the beginning of this Weekly Wisdom covers the last two days of said July. I feel like I am ready to be finished with July as the energy was so super emotional in the Cancer transit; for all of us. I ready to move on with my life and feel ready for whatever is coming and something is coming – I can feel it. I feel like my recent 5 day minor illness was me hitting a reset button and I am finally feeling the Fire of Leo burning inside of me. I know that today’s video is so much longer than I wanted it to be, but I have changed up things a little bit by doing the Cards right away so that I can focus on the upcoming August energy and crazy Astrological transits we are about to experience!
Let’s start at the beginning-
Synthesis is the theme and Angel Card for the week. This is the coming together and combining two or more elements or energies in order to create a new or better element or energy; new beginnings, the combination of mind, body, spirit to form the whole. New ideas and partnerships are likely at this time.
August 3rd- I forgot this when I am pointing to the August calendar in my video, yet, it is an important and welcomed energy- Uranus goes Retrograde and gives us a break for the rest of the year and allowing us to rest and not try too hard. Now that is an energy that I fully welcome. To give you an example of the breath of fresh air it will bring -it has been Direct since November 20th 2016 and followed the heels of the elections in the United States; we have all felt the pressure and chaos since that election, regardless of your party; now we get that welcomed break and you will begin to really feel the shift after the New Moon.
August 7th- Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius – time to detach and let go. I personally already feel this energy and giving a double middle finger “F” you to everything and anyone that does not serve my mission, morals, integrity and my best life. The Cleaning of the Closets so to speak. Now is the time, this week prior to the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse, to take stock of everything in our lives; what is working and what is not working. Get the trash bag out and start cleaning house.
The Cards – remember those as I have detected through the cards that many of us are not connecting to our Mind, Body & Spirit (Higher Power in Reverse) and Never Ending Story says there will be excuses made, pointing of the finger and the continuing of self created dramas. Time for Mending of the Self and a baby step to Happy Happy (Reversed) which only asks us to lighten up a little bit and laugh a little more; get off the poor me Merry-Go-Round.
August 8th- The 8-8-8 Lion’s Gate Portal- This is a time that we can Ascend and Transform to a new level, new mindset, and new magic filled with synchronicities and serendipities. A lightening of the mind, body and soul. A new set of eyes that are wide open to new perspectives and new ideas.
August 12- Mercury Retrograde in Virgo- The Earth Signs are most affected, but make no mistake, Mercury Retrograde can affect all of us from delays in travel, appointments, extra long lines that push our buttons, electronics malfunctioning, and communications not reaching their destination or going to the wrong destination. I have written numerous blogs about Mercury Retrograde, I won’t go into detail here, but you can always check the search above for more information.
August 21st- The Great American Solar Eclipse- What light will this Astronomical Event play in our lives? Will it be immediate or take a month, two or three before we awaken on an epiphany? Of course this will affect all of us differently as we are all unique individuals; based on your personal Astrological Birth Chart would determine where and how this will have the greatest impact on our lives. The Sun will be in Leo at the last and final degree @29 the remaining Master degree of Leo which equals 11 or Integrity. I believe, for me anyway, Integrity, truth, honesty and character of who we are at our core will take a front seat. We are unfolding the onion and a new layer will be peeled back; expect an aspect of yourself to emerge from this point through the remainder of the year- You may be shocked!
August 25th- Saturn goes Direct in Sagittarius in the 9th House- Saturn eliminates everything that is not Authentic. Here we have reverberations of Integrity, Honesty and Truth. This is us on our path and anything that does not align with our goals gets kicked to the curb. Core values must align. Intolerance for anything that does not compliment or assist our growth will fall away. The lines are very thin right now as to what stays and what goes. This and the Eclipse could be that final push from the Full Moon earlier in the month. The Sun is in Virgo and there will be a huge focus on Health and Well being; a total Body, Mind and Soul makeover would not be surprising. A need for perfectionism and organization of our lives; the continual cleaning of the closets and we prepare for Autumn and the Harvest.
