SEPTEMBER 22nd – 3 big events:
The changing of the seasons are upon us – Here in the Northern Hemisphere we will be welcoming Fall or Autumn and to my friends that are coming out of their Winter in the Southern Hemisphere, the Spring. Both sides can celebrate as we transition from the heat of August (and boy this was a hot Summer here) and the harshness of Winter. The changing of the seasons gives us a time to balance and center ourselves so it no coincidence that the equinoxes occur during the sign of Libra – The Scales, Balance, Love and Harmony; equinox coming from the Latin words “equi” meaning equal and “nox” = night EqualNight and that is exactly what it is – when the Earth is balanced and the Sun is shining down on all of us equally bringing us equal day and night. Hmmm, that is a novel idea – the Sun shining down on ALL of US EQUALLY.
Mercury is going Direct! (picture me jumping up and down with as little effort as possible because I am exhausted). This has been a doozy for me and the planetary energies over the last few weeks has me absolutely drained. I have been hearing this from many of my friends and clients of the same so if you are feeling the same don’t worry it will all be over in a few days and then we will all be safe to start new projects, sign contracts, enter into new relationships; I still want a few more days of sleep. What I do know about myself is this transit (combined with Jupiter moving into Libra) has me rethinking everything that I want. Everything that I have been doing over the last few years is no longer bringing me joy and I am really not sure what direction to follow. That is all part of the energies we are experiencing and I do not have to make any decisions today, tomorrow or next week, but they are in the back of my mind. From what I am hearing from other astrologers -many people will be switching gears in order to get on their true path; let me have a nap first (as I let out a yawn that looks like Leo the Lion roaring)!
Happy Birthday Libra! So many events all happening on September 22nd and here is another welcomed one- The Sun moves into loving and balanced Libra where he/she will meet up with the planet of Luck and Good Fortune -Jupiter to gives us a great boost of happy goodness! I have to tell you (sorry Virgos), but that Virgo energy is just way too dense and serious for me and it is like wearing a lead vest all month that has more weight added to it each day. I will happily welcome a fellow Air Sign this week and I will feel free to skip and frolic through the world once again.
Here is your weekly wisdom video – It is short and sweet and to the point- This week 3 cards were pulled to point us in the direction of Higher Spirits- the unseen faeries and sprites that lurk in our gardens and forests; they are wanting to be seen, wanting to be of help and assistance and asking you to open your mind and hearts to things we do not normally see and holding faith that they are there. If you allow yourselves to call upon them they could very possibly show themselves to you. I personally call on all of the Archangels quite frequently, especially Raphael.
