For the Sign of Cancer I introduce the next Chakra- The Heart Chakra. Cancer is the perfect sign for us to work on this as Cancer is filled with emotion and much of their actions come from the heart. Cancers tend to love deeply.
Anahata (Sanskrit: अनाहत, IAST: Anāhata, English: “unstruck”) or heart chakra is the fourth primary chakra, according to Hindu Yogic, Shakta and Buddhist Tantric traditions. In Sanskrit, anahata means “unhurt, unstruck, and unbeaten”.
Chosing to live in your heart- that is the essence of the Heart Chakra, the center of the 7 main chakras or energy systems in our bodies. When we live in this essence our hearts are open, full and flowing with abundance and gratitude. You must give love to receive love; be compassionate and empathetic to all.
If you are experiencing life full of grievances, anger and hate then your Heart Chakra is closed, therefore everything you manifest will just be more of that further perpetuating the cycle of grief, anger and hatred. One of the best things that you can do for yourself and those around you is to learn to open your Heart Chakra to keep the good life forces flowing to you and from you. Remember, what you feel is what comes.
Helpful ways to open and clear the Heart Chakra- Well, you know I will suggest working with Crystals and you will see in the above photo many that I have chosen for you to work with. The Heart Chakra is Green and Pink,
so any stones in those color ranges will do. Rose Quartz is one of the most loving and compassionate healing stones there is. Malachite (dark green and black and not pictured because all of my Malachite has gone missing—that is for another story). But I do have a lovely piece of Ruby Zoisite here to the right>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Taken from HealingCrystals.com “Ruby in Zoisite, also called Anyolite, is a combination crystal that contains both the properties of fiery Ruby and earthy Zoisite. This stone contains small Ruby crystals that have become embedded in Zoisite. It is a “marriage” of passion and patience.
Ruby in Zoisite enhances psychic abilities, aids in the communication of spirit guides and, when placed on the Crown chakra, amplifies spirituality, engaging the body’s own energy field. Ruby in Zoisite helps you to maintain your individuality while still being part of the world around you. It keeps you from over-reacting to difficult situations and prevents mood swings.
Ruby in Zoisite transmutes negative energy into the positive. It is especially helpful during the grieving process, allowing you to release that pain and sorrow and gain spiritual comfort while getting on with your life and regaining that passion. It also enhances that passion into compassion for others who may be going through the same.
Physically, Ruby in Zoisite calms a racing heartbeat while maintaining the body’s equilibrium, especially during times of stress. It relieves inflammation and promotes strength in the immune system, heart, and lungs. Ruby in Zoisite can help heal problems associated with the reproductive organs and increase fertility, both in men and women. It is most helpful after a miscarriage or hysterectomy. Ruby in Zoisite is also beneficial in fighting bacterial infections.”
