It is that time of the month again (no not that time of the month); the time of the month for the Full Moon. New beginnings and a time for endings; the Full Moon is for magic, some say it is time for wishes, some say it is time for letting go – either way, it should give us the energy we need to ignite our desires and fire up our dreams that live withing our hearts. The Full Flower Moon was so named by Native Americans as the time of year to get planting. They knew when all the fragrant wild spring flowers were blooming that the fear of frost has ended and they could plant their crops with joy of an abundant autumn. We too can take advantage of that same joy of planting our dreams, purging what no longer serves in order to make room for new, then patiently enjoy the summer sun and wait for the bounty. This would serve in the Northern Hemisphere, but in the Southern Hemisphere summer has ended and the autumn harvests should be ready to collect before the winter moves in.
The Sagittarius Full Moon for May 29, 2018 becomes exact at 10:20 a.m. EST at 8 degrees in the 4th House – the House of Home and Hearth. With the Sun in Gemini our thoughts and minds may be obsessing on social status and career, but our hearts and emotions are deeply rooted in the nest; our home, family and our roots quite literally. This is a great time to beautify the home and hearth. Time to create a comfortable sanctuary for ourselves and our loved ones; an inviting place for family and friends alike. A place that is warm, sunny and inviting, a place that you can enthusiastically say “I am Home!” A place that is restorative to your own soul and that of your beloveds. Since I believe that the Full Moon is a wonderful time to purge our clutter and Feng Shui our spaces there is no better time than the present to get moving on this. Yes, have those wishes and intentions laid out, but we must make the space for them to manifest. Whether it be mental space or physical space, it is time to clear out the chaos. I personally have a lot of work to do.
Take a look around your physical space, what do you see? Is it clutter free and free flowing of stuff? Even too much furniture or trinkets placed around can block the flow. Now, take a gander at your mental space. Sit with yourself a moment and think about what is going on inside of yourself. Are you calm, centered and zen or are your thoughts flying around and thinking of all the tasks you need to check off the To-Do list or the projects at work or the obligations that are coming up this week? Time to get back to center; meditate, soak, soothe and nurture the soul. Try to only focus on the present day tasks ahead; only worry about what you can do this day or even this hour. Clear out your head space by incorporating some nurturing habits like meditation, exercise or extra sleep; you will thank yourself for the extra care. Clutter in the home shows us what is truly going on within the mind; I must be a mess. My house has its good days and its bad days; right now it is a mess. That always tells me that deep inside of me, I too must be a mess.
The number 8 in numerology tells me that abundance is on the way! It is an eternal symbol as the energy that moves around it is ever flowing and never ending.
In Chinese numerology, it is considered the most luckiest of numbers for the same reasons and the fact that 8 sounds like the words “to generate wealth.” Always seek out a home that adds up the number 8 or you can always add an invisible number to the end of your address with clear paint that will then add up to an 8 and only you will know that it is there and yet you are energetically setting the vibrational change for abundance to your entire abode! Take for instance my address “628” The 6 and 2 = 8 + 8= 16 or 1+6=7 is a great number as it stands for The Seeker, The Thinker, the Searcher of Truth – I dig that because that is Me and I am a Gemini- the Sign of the Thinker, but I took clear nail polish and added an invisible “1” to the end of the numbers hanging on my porch and voila’ my address now equals an 8! Essentially, my home still carries the main vibration of the “7”, but has an underlying, hidden vibration of 8 and prosperity. The number 8 is also the energy of eternity.
This Sagittarius Full Moon as with all Full Moons opposes the Sign of the Sun; Gemini this time. I feel a need for freedom and to leave the rat race that we are currently experiencing for something greater and more fulfilling. Maybe that is just the way I feel, but I usually pick up on the collective energy quite easily. I know many are and have been over chasing after superficial dreams in search for what is our true calling. This reminds me of last week’s Oracle Card “All That Glitters” ( you can check out the full meaning of this by visiting Expressions of the Universe on Facebook or Instagram) that card really sang to me. The underlying component and opposing force is Uranus in Taurus and the reality that we need money to continue living the lifestyles we have created for ourselves in this physical realm. As with any manifestation, we must be mindful always of our words and thoughts, this rings particularly true for this Full Moon as the fiery Sagittarius is creating our reality from the thoughts and words bouncing from the Sun in Gemini, the thinker. Remember always, our thoughts become things, our thoughts and energy that we put out into the world is what will show up knocking at your door. If you don’t like the intruder, change your thoughts, change your vibration and your world will change. Time to get moving as we get to capitalize on this energy for the next two weeks while there is also a Grand Trine in Water and before the next New Moon and the Retrograding of Mars, the planet of War!
What is a Grand Trine? it is when all three Signs of an element are exactly 120 degrees apart on an 
astrological wheel; Air, Earth, Fire or Water. Cancer, Pisces and Scorpio are the three astrological signs in water that will come together and form a triangle aspect in the skies for the next two weeks bringing us the ability to tap into our dreams and wishes and really connect deeply to our intuition and psychic abilities! Sleeping dreams can be profound during this time and it is very important to pay attention to any and all signs that show up around us. Animal Totems, songs, numbers, conversations overheard, people, places and coincidences; they will all play a role in something special and magical, but only if you are paying attention. Some people say “I never get any signs”, that usually tells me they have too much chaos going on in and around them and are not slowing down enough to be aware and mindful. I know for me, if I hear or see something and I get a twinge in my gut in that moment and my thoughts keep returning to that moment, it was usually a sign. 
I recently told a friend/reader, when she asked if her encounter with an uncommon bluebird was a sign, if she had to ask, it probably was, otherwise, she would not have asked. To her the bird would have just been “a bird” and she would have never given it another thought. On a good note, if you are missing signs, our Angels, Guides and Ancestors will continue to send you signs until you “get it”, they are relentless when trying to get a message to you! Lastly, if you are wanting a sign, just ask, it is that simple; then sit back and pay attention over the next few days and I bet something will come your way!
